IBMC is hiring a Medical Assistant Professional to teach our lecture and hands-on classes. A CMA or RMA certification and three to five years experience in front and back office, are required. Candidate must be computer literate, have great presentation skills, have a flexible schedule, and work as a team player.
 
Req #C2015 - Medical Billing and Coding Instructors (adjunct with potential for full-time – evenings – classes offered 6-10pm Monday-Thursday)
IBMC is hiring Medical Billing and Coding Specialists. Candidates must be proficient in ICD9 and CPT Coding. Computer literacy, great presentation skills and a flexible schedule are required. (Classes are all evenings – 4 nights each week).  IBMC offers a competitive salary, a great work environment and an excellent employee benefits package. 
 
Req #C2016 – Admission Representative (full-time – Hours:  11-8 Tues-Thurs; 8-5 Fri; 10-2 Sat)
Provide a quality Admission experience with every prospective student.  Give accurate and compelling information on the college experience and to discover what life changing opportunities are needed to help the student achieve their personal, professional and social goals.  Take inquiring phone calls, set appointments for students to visit and tour campus, assist in program selection and enrollment paperwork.  Develop outside opportunities and connections with people who may help the college with referrals and networking.  Conduct phone interviews, prepare packets, and ensure follow through with out of area students.  Generate referrals from students, prospective students and graduates.  Organize and coordinate with manager events such as open houses and orientations, etc.  Represent IBMC to prospective students with excitement and truthfulness.
 
Req #C2017 – Associate Dean of Education (full-time)
The primary function and purpose of the Associate Dean of Education is to be responsible for the academic operational support of the branch campus education department.  The qualified candidate will teach 1-2 classes every session in addition to supporting functions of all programs taught at the branch campus. Responsibilities include: teaching, student advising, scheduling (faculty), supervisory oversight of key education department personnel, curriculum support, attending meetings, faculty coaching, orientation, mentoring and monitoring, and administrative tasks and projects.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Allied health related field preferred, 3-5 years of management in an educational institution strongly desired with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a vocational or trade school, ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, manage a diverse work team, set, monitor, drive and meet goals in a timely manner.  Strong leadership skills and organizational skills.

The primary function for this position is to support all the administrative functions of the education department including working with students, faculty and staff.  This position will also assist in supporting the area of scheduling and registrar functions as well.  The qualified candidate must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple project simultaneously.  Be a team player with a “can do” attitude, and the ability to easily and cheerfully adapt to new and challenging situations.  Qualified candidate needs to be able to work with a diverse population of students.  Attention to detail a must with proficiency in all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.  Must have exceptional organization skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

This position is responsible for carrying out tasks that support the daily operations of the campus.  The primary responsibilities include answering phones, preparing materials and weekly reports for various parts of the campus, manage and maintain all aspects of the student store, and be a resource of information to all students, staff and faculty. Must have excellent customer service, the ability to multi-task, organizational, and communication skills both verbal and written. Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
